This spacious five-bedroom, two-bathroom canal-front home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family reunions or a fun-filled trip with friends. Step outside to enjoy the stunning waterfront views from the 45-foot wooden boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts eager to explore the crystal-clear waters of Looe Key Reef. After a day on the water, unwind in the brand new inground pool and Jacuzzi, or rinse off in the private outdoor shower. The Orchid House isn't just about relaxation; it's also about convenience and local charm. Within walking or biking distance, you'll find two beloved local spots: Boondocks Grill and Drafthouse and Looe Key Tiki Bar, where you can savor delicious meals and enjoy live music. Don't miss the vibrant Saturday morning farmers market at Boondocks, featuring fresh produce, baked goods, and unique gifts. Whether you're seeking adventure on the water or a leisurely day by the pool, The Orchid House is your ideal home base for an unforgettable vacation in the Florida Keys!
Blossom into Vacation at The Orchid House!
This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Main renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Breezeswept Beach Estates, a neighborhood in Summerland Key. Coupon Bight Aquatic Preserve and Bahia Honda State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Blue Hole and Big Munson Island.
