You will be treated to gorgeous sunsets over Cudjoe Bay from this custom built 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath (master suite has his and her bathrooms) home located on Cudjoe Key. The great room, kitchen, dining room and master suite all have sweeping views of the bay. Built on a large corner lot, this house offers the best of both worlds, a beach area with breathtaking views of the open water and over 80 feet of wood dock along the canal for easy boat dockage. There is access to the ocean, back country and Looe Key Reef. Some of the other amenities of the home include a fully equipped kitchen, a 60 inch TV in the great room with Blue Ray DVD player, a 40 inch tv in the master bedroom and a smaller flatscreen serving kitchen and dining room, A/C, washer and dryer, barbecue grill, 100 MG wireless internet, expanded cable with some free premium channels, 2 person sea kayak and much more. There is safe storage available for fishing and diving equipment. We provide the essentials. We believe there should be a ready supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and hand soap when you arrive. Centrally located for easy access to Key West, Bahia Honda Beach, Big Pine and Marathon. Miami and Ft Lauderdale airports are just a few hours drive. This is a non-smoking home. Ask about our pet policies. This home is a 28 day minimum rental per Monroe County Code.
