Dock bar, hammock, 2 kayaks, propane grill, towels, ceiling fans, 2 TVs, iron, hair dryer, WiFi, AC, large capacity washer/dryer, plenty of parking for cars/boats/RVs, and the quiet south end of Cudjoe Key. Location serviced regularly by Uber.
Boating - Easy and fast access to the ocean and the Gulf. 15 minutes to American Shoal, 20 minutes to Looe Key, 20 minutes to picnic island, 45 minutes to Content Keys.
