Large master suite with queen size bed with full bathroom and lots of closet storage and stack washer/dryer. Guest bedroom queen bed, with accordion door to separate living room, and offers closet storage and bathroom with stand up shower plus private entrance. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, tile floor, gas grill, outdoor patio furniture and dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with Keurig refill cup.
We are located in a spotlessly clean gated community with 24 hr. security, marina, ship store, boat ramps, picnic garden, heated pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, playground, pickle ball, bocce ball and tennis, pavilion and club house for activities, over 4 miles of paved streets.
It's a wonderful community with full time residents and vacation renters alike!
