You are a short boat ride to world class fishing, snorkeling and diving adventures and only a 30 minute drive to all the excitement of Key West.

Enter this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath retreat with lovely wood cathedral ceilings that is everything you need to enjoy the best exotic getaway. The large family and dining areas are tailor made for entertaining and cooling off after a day in the southernmost sun. Whip up your favorite meals and cocktails in the well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances, countertop ice machine, gas stove, center island with bar seating - all of which will delight your inner chef. A front loader washer and dryer with storage is provided for your convenience. Live streaming is available to binge watching all of your favorite shows.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The primary suite features a plush king bed, a large walk-in closet, a computer workstation, and a huge en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower with 3 shower heads. Open your French doors to the large balcony overlooking the canal. The guest bedroom offers a queen bunk bed with a large custom storage closet and a full updated shower bathroom nearby. Both bedrooms have TVs for your enjoyment. A full size sofa sleeper resides in the living area for additional sleeping arrangements.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
The covered living area under the home is a veritable playground for all ages. Take a dip in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the bikes, kayaks, games, hammocks, fish cleaning station and plush outdoor furniture. Dine al fresco under sultry stars and toss your fresh catch on the grill. There is ample room to tie up your boat (21 ft in legth or under) until your next ocean outing (boat lift NOT available). The downstairs area has outdoor cameras that face the pool, parking area and front door for security purposes.

Ample space is provided for your car, boat or RV.

This is not a pet friendly home.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
