A fisherman's delight, the dock is 35' in length and is equipped with dock posts, fish table, swim ladder and cleats. Downstairs under the open air breezeway offers lounge chairs for relaxing by the water's edge. Under the covered patio is a concrete table with benches for your outdoor enjoyment. Swim or fish right from the seawall. For your convenience we are providing you with access to the storage room to stow your fishing and diving equipment.
The main living room is open and bright with high ceilings and is surrounded by windows and sliding glass door that leads to the covered porch for outdoor dining and to absorb those gorgeous tropical views. Kitchen offers full line of appliances with center island dining area. Living room features a spacious open floor plan with flat screen television, FREE in house wireless internet and sleeper sofa. Master bedroom features a queen bed with mirrored closet doors, private full size bathroom. Guest bedroom features a queen size bed with access to a covered patio, full bathroom access and mirrored closet storage.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning with heat, ceiling fans, tile floor, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ grill, storage room, covered parking, 3 kayaks, 1 bicycle.
