Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. The driveway measures approximately 16' long x 10.5' wide. Vehicles must fit completely within the driveway and may not extend into the roadway.
If your vehicle does not fit, overflow parking may be available through the guard gate for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability and community rules.
