A bike path will take you into neighboring Montecito and you’ll be just a short drive from Santa Barbara to the north and Carpinteria to the south.
This unique Paradise Retreats property is serving up a nearly private beach that curls up to this tri-level oceanfront home. With floor to ceiling windows, nearly every room has a full ocean view. Enter on the second floor with the large open Living Room and Kitchen leading out to an expansive beach deck and a Guest Room and Bathroom. Use the spiral staircase to the upper level loft and find a generous loft-style Primary Suite with the addition of a cozy Twin Bedroom, second Bathroom, and a desk area. The lower level features a private Suite with a separate entrance and an additional Bedroom, a Hall Bathroom, and a second Kitchen and second Laundry Room. Use your private beach walkway to spend the day swimming in the water, eat dinner watching the sunset over the ocean, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.
