The space

Beautiful and private yard backs up to open space with a lovely hiking trail. Large back deck with gas grill for lounging or dining outdoors. Walk down to Summerland shops/restaurants in 10 minutes, the beach in 12 minutes or drive down in 2-3 minutes. Wonderful location, perfect for enjoying Summerland, Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria.
Santa Barbara is home to this vacation home. Stearns Wharf and Santa Barbara Harbor are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Butterfly Beach and Carpinteria State Beach. Check out an event or a game at Santa Barbara Bowl, and consider making time for Santa Barbara Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed.
