Disturbing the peace is an ordinance violation. This rule will be strictly enforced. Please keep noises to a minimum. Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Guests breaking this rule will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given.

Dispose ashes into metal container. transfer ashes into trash bag outside to prevent stains on the floor. “do not empty ashes” in trash bin without a bag the city trash will give a citation of $100.
