• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• • please make sure fireplaces are off and the remotes say off too. • in summer months please turn thermostat to 80 degrees. in winter months please turn thermostat to 57 degrees.
• Make sure the grill/blackstone is off and the gas is turned off take outside garbage can to the end of the driveway pick up day is wednesday
• For your final exit please leave the laundry room door to the garage unlocked and close the garage door by pressing enter on the key pad by the garage.
