Nervous about alligators? Don't be! They don't exist in this part of Florida. (Gators can't survive near the beach in saltwater environments; they live only inland, where there is fresh water.)

Passively owned by a 501c3 private charitable foundation that has provided financial support to the local community for nearly 20 years, Eden Beach Retreat donates 100% of proceeds to 501c3 local charities in the area that are dedicated to 1.) preserving our area's pristine and fragile environment, and, 2.) supporting local community causes specializing in education and science.

Hurricane Nicole Nov 2022: This Hurricane passed a few miles north of the home. The garage's concrete floor was washed away by coastal erosion, and was replaced by an artificial-turf floor. It is not currently possible to park vehicles inside the garage.

Located in Stuart, this vacation home is in the city center and on the beach. The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and Riverwalk are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Sailfish Splash Waterpark and Fish House Art Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Tropical Ranch Botanical Gardens. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
