• Strip any used beds
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• •ensure all garbage is thrown out and placed in the trash bins •return all exterior furniture and pool floats to their original location •run the dishwasher with any/all dirty dishes
• •strip bed that were used and pile the linens on the floor •bbq - ensure it’s left clean (a $200 cleaning fee if left dirty), turn off propane gas covered and leave in the same location it was found
• •turn off all lights •lock all windows •lock all exterior the doors •leave the pool house key on the kitchen counter **don't forget to log out of any apps you may have logged into on the smart tv's.
