Updated Treasure Coast house, within 1/2 mile of St. Lucie/Indian Rivers. Quick access to lovely ocean beaches too! Close to popular area locations :Manatee Pocket, Jupiter Island, Jenson Beach. Shopping and multiple restaurants nearby. Up to 6 adults or a family.
Rental period: one month to five months.
- Fully furnished, includes washer & dryer. Large screened-in patio, 1 garage space.
- SmartTV -streaming available (your account), and basic cable.
- House rules/guidebook is located at house. Can be emailed once house is booked.
- Community pool and tennis courts.
- Not suitable for small children.
- Small dogs allowed (up to 30 lbs). No events or parties.
- At booking:
1. 50% payment due at booking. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival. Payments are
100% refundable if canceled 30 or more days prior to booked dates.
2. $180 cleaning fee is collected upfront for end of stay (and for each 30 day period). Pay separately.
3. Unrefundable fee for dogs (usually $5 per day or $300 max).
Located in Stuart, this vacation home is near the beach. Saint Lucie Inlet State Park and Riverwalk are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit B&A Flea Market and Harbour Bay Plaza.
