Newly decorated private home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 car garage with ample parking for a boat in the lovely area of Rocky Point of Stuart, FL. Living room sofa pulls out to sleep 2 if needed.
We are following guidelines recommended by VRBO and developed in conjunction with the CDC. We're using disinfectant, spraying the air ducts, changing the filters and disinfecting surfaces that are touched. The house is thoroughly opened to air out and "rest" between guests.
The home is on a dead end street right on the waterway within 10 minutes of Sandsprit Park with boat ramps with direct access to the intracoastal waterway and minutes to the Stuart Inlet. Close to parks and beaches. Pet friendly. 55" new Smart TV, internet and wi-fi connected and 32" TV in master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer in laundry room ( detergent provided). Comfortable beds and fine linens make you feel like you're staying at a 5 star resort. We provide extra toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products. Just pack your bags and you can just relax. We also provide beach chairs and towels for your trip to the beach. Large screened in porch to entertain family and friends. Two, men and woman’s bike, provided which you can ride to Maggy's Hammock Park with hiking trails and swings for kids. Mid-Rivers park is also a 5 minute drive away with fishing piers and a view of the Intracoastal waterway. Ideal location for your vacation or get-away.
Located in Rocky Point, a neighborhood in Stuart, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Fish House Art Center and Road to Victory Military Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Saint Lucie Inlet State Park and Halpatiokee Park Tennis Center. Sailfish Splash Waterpark and Tropical Ranch Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
