This house has been in our family for more than 20 years and is designed to be the perfect getaway to bring the family together and enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

The home has two stories with the main entrance on the second floor which you can access via stairs from the driveway. We have a wooden ramp leading to the back porch where you can access the second floor as well. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, oceanfront porch, and riverfront porch. On the first floor, you will find a sitting area, washer/dryer, bathroom, and bedroom.

Bedroom 1 (Second Floor / King Bed): This beautiful master bedroom gives you an amazing view of the beach and ocean from its sliding glass doors. You will fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing and can watch the sunrise, or you can close the curtains if you'd like to sleep in :). This room is located on the second floor and features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 (Second Floor / King Bed): This room is on the second floor featuring a king-sized bed that faces the river. There is a full bathroom right next to the room.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor / 2 Twin Beds): This river-facing room has two twin beds. Perfect for the kids or push together for adults. There is a full bathroom right across the main floor.

Bedroom 4 (First Floor / Queen Bed): This bedroom is located downstairs on the first floor. There is a cozy sitting with a couch that faces the river. The first floor also has a bathroom with a shower and tub. Please note: this bedroom does not have any windows but is our favorite room because it is cozy and quiet :)

Outdoor shower 1: Open-air rinse-off station located on the side of the beachfront porch

Outdoor shower 2: Fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot water located on the first floor by the garage.

Beachfront patio: Equipped with rocking chairs and a dining table and chairs.

Riverfront patio: Equipped with a dining table, chairs, and grill

River dock: This is a deep water dock that is available for your full use. Tie up to the side of the dock as we do not have a boat lift. World-class snook fishing off this dock!

Located in Stuart, this vacation home is on the beach. The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast and Sailfish Splash Waterpark are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Harbour Bay Plaza and B&A Flea Market. Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Tropical Ranch Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting.
