The Marriott Resort has multiple restaurants, a market, bowling alley, plus there are many nearby restaurants, or there is a grocery store a few minutes away to grill by the pool.
You’ll have gorgeous views of the ocean and you are just steps to the sand, plus you get optional access to the Marriott Indian River Plantation Resort Country Club amenities with this condominium (golf, pickleball, etc). There is a laundry facility on each floor of the building, which are available to guests. Coins for two laundry loads are provided for guests' use while staying.

Please note there is a Country club fee of 300 per group (up to 4 people) for an identification card that gets you into the amenities, similar to a hotel guest card that opens doors, and access to golf and tennis. The pro shop collects that fee when you go to pick up the identification card. The amenities include three different pools, fitness center, golf, pickleball and tennis. Green/cart fees for golf are 75 for eighteen holes, and 55 for nine. This is one of only a hand full of condos that provides this access -- you get the access rights of the Marriott guests with much larger oceanfront accommodations plus a balcony! (Marriott charges 40 per day for resort fee to hotel guests versus a one-time charge here for up to 4 people).

Located in Stuart, this condo is next to a golf course and on the beach.
