In-unit laundry machines provide convenience, and the unit comes with use of one assigned covered garage parking space. Oceanview offers extensive amenities including the sunny pool deck, a barbecue grilling deck, billiards room, social room and pickleball/tennis courts. The unit comes with all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your convenience. Next to the pool the unit also has a storage cabana to store all of your beach items as well as a refrigerator to keep all of your beach beverages nice and cold!
