Third room located at spacious basement has full bathroom and TV with VHS & DVD players, perfect room for kids. Laundry room fully equipped. Quiet, wooded area enjoy in relaxing deck. Located off Mountain Rd., approximately half way (8-10 minutes approx.) between town village and ski area (Spruce & Mt Mansfield).
