THE SPACE
Sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms — 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 fulls — with 3.5 baths (including a spa-like soaking tub) across three floors. The open main level (kitchen, dining, living room with gas fireplace) is the gathering hub; bedrooms and the game room span the upper and lower levels, so the whole group spreads out without feeling separated. The kitchen comes fully stocked, the beds are high-quality memory foam with premium linens, and a mudroom at the entry keeps snow and mud where they belong.
