Remodeled Townhouse with open floor plan centrally located in Stowe Village, with-in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Stowe Recreation path, makes this an ideal location for a Short or Long Term Rental. The open living area includes a remodeled kitchen, with breakfast counter. A dinning area with seating for 6. This opens up into a living room with a new gas fireplace for you to enjoy on winter evenings. The living room has sliding doors out onto a nice deck with views of Camels Hump. The main living area also has a den with a sleeper sofa and a very nice half bath out in the hallway . Upstairs is the Master Bedroom this large bedroom with a King Size bed has an ensuite bathroom . There is also a good size walk in closet. Downstairs on the lower level are two more bedrooms one has a set of bunk beds and the other two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom . Between the two bedrooms is a recreation room with a TV , Comfortable couch and a Fuse ball table for your enjoyment. Just outside through the lower level door is a private salt water hot tub for your enjoyment overlooking the private back yard consisting of a lawn surrounded by woods. There is a table and chairs just across from the hot tub and there are more out on the lawn. This is a perfect place to enjoy Stowe year round.
Lower Village, a neighborhood in Stowe, is home to this vacation home. Stowe Mountain Resort and Smugglers Notch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Ben and Jerry's Factory. Vermont Ski Museum and Helen Day Art Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and ice skating.
