Two bathrooms, space to enjoy the views on the deck. You won't forget these views.
You can walk to restaurants, breweries, and the Rec Path in minutes, or stay home and enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the sun rise over the mountains. Amenities in the condo complex include a hot tub and indoor pool (open year round).
* Please note there are many stairs but that view makes it worth while!

The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.
*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.
West Branch, a neighborhood in Stowe, is home to this condo. Stowe Mountain Resort and Smugglers Notch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Ben and Jerry's Factory. Stowe Golf Park and Percy Farm Corn Maze are also worth visiting.
