Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. This super cute two bedroom condo is seven minutes to Stowe mountain Resort, across the street from the Alchemist and an easy walking distance to many of Stowe's favorite restaurants. It is right off the mountain rd, with an elevated, spacious deck for relaxing after a long day of exploring Stowe. You will be sure to enjoy this awesome space with your group.
This condo features two queen bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa. A single AC unit in the living/dining area helps keep the space cool during warmer months. Bedroom windows have pull-down blinds, and the living room sliding door has curtains. There are fewer than 10 steps from the parking lot to the front door. Main Street is about 2.5 miles away via the Stowe Recreation Path.
*Water Disclosure
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.
*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.
West Branch, a neighborhood in Stowe, is home to this condo. Stowe Mountain Resort and Smugglers Notch are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Stowe Golf Park and Swimming Hole are also worth visiting.
