Unique and tranquil brookside getaway. Large outdoor living area with waterfall, fire-pit and she-shed. Close to Harrisburg Lake for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, ATV trails and kayaking. A short 18 minute drive to Hadley or Warrensburg will give you river rafting, golf, horseback riding or swimming. It's 30 minutes to Lake George Village, Bolton Landing, Gore Mtn., Six Flags Great Escape or The Outlets for shopping. 45 minutes to Saratoga racetrack and SPAC for music. So many possibilities!
The space
The property is rural surrounded by woods with a brook running through the back yard. There is a large circular driveway to provide plenty of offstreet parking for cars, boats and trailers. There are 3 different living areas PLUS a screened in wrap-around porch, large free-form patio with a firepit and a she-shed complete with snack bar, bar-back and crystal chandelier to provide lots of space for hanging out! There is an Xbox One gaming system, blue ray dvd player and 2 large screen TVs for streaming shows, board and yard games are also available. Not to be overlooked is the cook's kitchen with 6 burner professional range (in addition to a weber kettle) to prepare your meals. Kitchen is stocked with spices and essentials. Inside seating for 10 diners in addition to outside eating areas. The three bedrooms are all upstairs. The full bath downstairs has an oversized jetted tub as well as a free-standing shower. The upstairs bath in the master suite has a large walk-in shower. There is central air and 2 wood stoves to keep you comfortable whatever the weather may be.

Off-limits to guests are the basement and storage shed by the driveway.
Other things to note
Cell phone service is through Wi-Fi calling via the internet. There is also a land-line you can use for local calls. In case of power outages there is an automatic whole house backup generator.
Located in Stony Creek, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Fort William Henry Museum and Revolution Rail Co. are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Sacandaga Outdoor Center and Six Flags Great Escape. Traveling with kids?
