LARGE oversize window in the dinette area for viewing while relaxing inside. outdoor lighting and awning. VERY roomy inside with up to 8 for sleeping.
-Very easy and open pick up and drop off location. We are located in my Hanger at the Stockton Airport and you can leave your vehicle in the hanger for secure storage until you return if you like should you choose to leave it while using the RV.

This is probably one of the most user friendly RVs out there. Very easy to operate and little to worry about. More like driving a normal truck.

-All kitchen supplies are provided! And lots of little comfort extras.
-Comforter for each sleeping area provided. (Please provide your own sheets)

Please bring your own pillows and towels (Covid Precautions)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OUTSIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE, ONLY THAT PROVIDED BY RVSHARE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Notes-
-Cleanliness is my priority, not only in my first home but my second home as well! The RV will go through a strict and thorough cleaning and sanitation process inside and out before sending out.
-RV is filled with fresh water .
-Remember to empty the waste tanks at your last RV park . NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, NO towing unless cleared with me. Extra towing fees apply.

-Parking for your personal vehicle in my covered and secured hanger while renting is FREE.
-Please note that this is a rental vehicle and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. RVs can be delicate so please be mindful.
-If anything breaks during your rental, notify me immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without my approval. Again, these things happen so don't stress we will get it sorted out.
-Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Meaning, Don't get stuck under an overpass or gas station.. That would be bad.
-Mexico travel is NOT permitted. I like to party and I like Mexico.. But you can take my RV there.
