Embark on your next adventure in our 2022 Highland Ridge Olympia 30' travel trailer. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people with two in the queen size master bed, two in each full size bunkbed, and one each in the sofa bed and dining table. Get cozy in the living room with the electric fireplace and smart TV. There is also a Bluetooth stereo with speakers both indoors and outdoors. The trailer has 2 propane tanks and 2 batteries as well as a generator, if needed (at an extra charge). We will also provide everything needed for full hookup sites. You will need a vehicle that is able to tow at least 7,000 pounds as well as trailer brakes.

What's Included-
• Beds- upgraded mattresses, sheets for master bed & bunks (Pillows and blankets not provided)

• Kitchen- pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, basic spices. As well as dish soap, dish towels, sponge and garbage bags.

• Bathroom- hand soap, RV grade toilet paper (USE ONLY RV GRADE TOILET PAPER)

• Misc- 2 camping chairs, broom & dust pan, family games

*When selecting Delivery/Pickup- please have everything cleaned & packed up prior to our arrival when picking up trailer from campground. If we are not able to depart from campground due to lack of preparedness by set time you will be charged a late departure fee.

-No smoking in the trailer.

- Please return the trailer in the same condition it was rented in. We will document each trip with before/after photos.

-Please do not throw anything down the toilet other than the provided RV toilet paper.

-Be sure to scrape all food in the garbage prior to washing dishes. NO FOOD or other waste can go down the drain.

-Please don't hang anything from awning.

-No pets please.

-No music festivals.
