The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, a sitting area with TV, and access to the second floor deck, hot tub, and exterior fireplace. The lower level has a soothing Infrared Sauna, a shower to rinse off, a foosball table, popcorn machine, TV and laundry room.
There is an 8-person hot tub on the second floor deck which offers privacy and serenity right in the woods.
This home has modern appliances, kitchen and bathrooms plus laundry facilities. It comfortably sleeps 10 people with the primary bedroom king bed; 3 queen beds; 2 twin beds.
There is a PIN pad entry for the front door and garage (No key required; you'll receive your own private code for your stay).

For the safety of our Guests, our home, and the protection of the surrounding forest, our house is inspected inside and out annually by Nevada's Douglas County Fire Department, the Douglas County Code Enforcement Agency, and the Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Enforcement Agency.
Safety features at this property include a Security Lock & Alarm, Inc. monitored smoke and CO2 alarm system installed throughout the interior of the house, multiple fire extinguishers in the kitchen, main bedroom, laundry, and garage areas.
Short term rentals are a hot political topic in the Lake Tahoe communities, and the county aggressively regulates and monitors vacation rentals. The Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Enforcement Agency is the governing board for South Lake Tahoe. A copy of their regulations Chapter 20.622 is posted at the house. Here are some of their rules, which we strictly follow.
-Maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
-Douglas County regulations limit parking to 3 cars total in the driveway/garage. Street parking is strictly prohibited 24/7. Do not block neighbors’ driveways. Parking passes are provided by the owner and must be displayed in the driver’s dashboard. Failure to follow parking rules will result in a $500 fine to the driver of the vehicle.
-SPA/JACUZZI HOURS are from 8 AM -9 PM ONLY. State of Nevada Law states children under the age of 15 are not permitted in hot tubs at any time
-QUIET HOURS are designated between 9 PM -8 AM. There are permanent residents who live around our home and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level. Loud music, parties, or other activities that disturb the peacefulness of the residential neighborhood are not allowed.

-Inside our Bear Box are two garbage containers. All trash must be bagged and tied tightly, deposited in the trash cans. Per Tahoe Refuse, the local garbage collection company, trash bags must be level with the cans, no trash bags above the rim of the cans, no overflowing trash. Tahoe Refuse picks up at 7:00am on Thursdays. If you create more garbage then the 2-can Bear Box can hold, you are responsible for this garbage. Please take the garbage with you on your departure to: South Tahoe Refuse, 2140 Ruth Ave., South Lake Tahoe, CA, Mon-Sat 8:00am-5:00pm OR The Douglas County Transfer Station, 902 Dump Rd., Gardnerville, NV, Tue-Sun 9:00am-5:00pm.

Heavenly Gondola and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lakeside Beach and Zephyr Cove Beach. Heavenly Village Ice Rink and Heavenly Village Mini Golf are also worth visiting.
