Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The kitchen includes a full suite of appliances. Sip local wine at the kitchen bar for three, and sit down to eat at the table in the dining area. On summer evenings, barbecue burgers on the balcony's gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four. Afterwards, rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub on the back patio.

The primary suite includes a 32-inch TV, a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
