Smell the pine trees and fresh lake air less than a mile to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge with easy access to Stagecoach, close access to the breath-taking Tahoe Rim Trail, 10 mins to Stateline casinos/nightlife, cozy wood-burning fireplace, natural wood vaulted ceilings, spacious master loft, full kitchen, large deck surrounded by pine trees and everything to make you feel at home. Along with contact free check-in, we use a professional cleaning service to ensure a clean, safe visit.
● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 10pm-10am.
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.*
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit.
Please take notice of our location. Our townhouse is on a quiet residential street. Most of our neighbors are full time residents. We want you to have the best time possible, though please know we take adherence to quiet hours very seriously.
Main level (six stairs up from the street):
Easy, level parking spaces in front of the house (Makes unpacking/packing much easier especially in the winter)
You'll have access to the entire townhouse with the use of a touch-pad lock.
Enter to the living room with a big couch, accent chairs, storage coffee table with blankets, wood burning fireplace, 55" smart TV, wifi, DVD/playstation.
Kitchen stocked with most cooking essentials including pots/pans, glass bake-ware, plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, cups (some made from ceramic by my very talented sister), plastic-ware, utensils, fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee maker with coffee/filters, toaster, just about everything you need for a gourmet meal.
Full bathroom with tub/shower, shampoo, soap, towels, TP, and all essentials provided.
Stack washer/dryer in hall closet.
All Bedrooms have new hybrid memory foam mattresses
Two main level rooms with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Kid's high chair and pack n play in bunk room closet (please bring own pack n play linens)
Upstairs:
Master loft with a king bed, large windows, Roku smart TV, dresser, separate vanity and tub/shower bathroom with shampoo/soap, hand lotion, hairdryer
Located in Stateline, this vacation home is in the mountains. Heavenly Ski Resort and Heavenly Gondola are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Zephyr Cove Beach and Emerald Bay State Park.
