The space
- This Rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
- Quiet Hours are 10pm - 10am
- Two (2) car maximum allowed
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are strictly prohibited
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this unit.

We are accepting reservations and fully open for business! If you'd like to quarantine in the mountains we are happy to offer you a clean, safe, comfortable place to wait out the storm.

You will have 100% PRIVATE access to the entire townhome plus two parking spaces. It is a truly stunning and peaceful location.

Other things to note
Our Townhome is not recommended for the elderly or very small children. The stairs are shoveled regularly, but can often times be slippery in the winter when it snows, and it is quite the workout to get your luggage to the top. Once you're there the beds are luxurious, the place will have everything you need, and we will take care of your every need!

We have fully disclosed the stairs and do not give refunds because we have stairs.

Located in Stateline, this vacation home is in the mountains. Heavenly Ski Resort and Heavenly Gondola are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Zephyr Cove Beach and Emerald Bay State Park. Heavenly Village Ice Rink and Heavenly Village Mini Golf are also worth visiting.
