Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
Gather around and warm up next to the gas fireplace. This classic mountain condo is full of rustic touches, with modern conveniences to keep you comfortable during your stay in the woods. Hardwood floors and exposed roof beams may put you in a cabin mood right away! Enjoy lovely neighborhood and forest views as you settle into the bedrooms, unmatched only by the wide view from the living room. The sizable full kitchen features a deluxe refrigerator and a breakfast bar. If you'd rather cook outside, there's a private gas grill. Board games are also provided for after-lake or post-skiing fun. In addition to everything at this home, guests can also enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and more at the local clubhouse. There's just so much to enjoy!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Zephyr Cove, this vacation home is in the city center and in the mountains. Heavenly Gondola and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Zephyr Cove Beach and Lake Tahoe-Nevada State Park. Heavenly Village Ice Rink and Heavenly Village Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
