A beautiful 4 Diamond rated resort with a complete health spa/fitness room, tennis courts (one is the only indoor tennis court in Lake Tahoe), 2 racquetball courts, indoor/outdoor pools and Jacuzzis, The Hungry Bear restaurant and The Bear Cub Deli.
The space
We require a 5 night minimum stay if including Christmas Eve or NY Eve.
Mini holidays have a 3 night minimum.

This is an upscale vacation ownership resort where we own multiple weekly intervals. Most of our inventory are in 2 bedroom condos for 6 with a lockoff feature so that we can split it into 2 separate condos: one bedroom for 4 with a K,QSB and full kitchen, and a hotel suite for 2 with a king bed and small efficiency kitchen area(mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave). The resort has an abundance of amenities including a deli & restaurant and is directly above Heavenly's Stagecoach Ski Lodge with its own private tram up and down to the Stagecoach quad chair.
Located in Stateline, this resort is in the mountains and on a lake. Heavenly Gondola and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Zephyr Cove Beach and Emerald Bay State Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Heavenly Village Ice Rink and Heavenly Village Mini Golf. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
