Located on Heavenly free bus route to State Coach lift, less than 10 minutes’ drive to South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to multiple nearby sport/bar/restaurant and convenient stores. Offering great hiking, biking trails including the amazing Tahoe Rim trail. Shared outdoor gated pool & spa. Free street parking.

You have the entire space to yourself. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by pine trees. Peaceful and serene environment. The street is plowed during snowy season. Come enjoy the beauty and tranquil atmosphere of the mountain. Our condo features with wood burning fireplace, new gas furnace in the living room, in unit stack washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one heater in each bedroom, 1 full bath with bath tub, light and bright cheery. Kitchen with new sink/faucet and laminate countertop is equipped.
