Less than a mile to Dudy Noble Field, Cedar Lane is a popular street for students and families. The house looks new from the outside, and was renovated in 2023. With 3 large Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, each full bath has 2 sinks and shower/tub combinations. This house is great for game day weekends, camps, tournaments, or tours. Great for entertaining, the full kitchen is open to the living room, allowing you and your guests to visit and watch the large screen TV. The kitchen counter also serves as a bar with 3 stools. The separate dining room has a large dining table with 8 chairs. If you prefer the outdoors, there is another TV on the covered back porch. It's only minutes to Main Street, Mississippi State University campus, or the cotton district.
