Wonderful cedar log home on Lake Shoecraft (next to Lake Goodwin) near Smokey point in Stanwood, WA. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with full kitchen, wood burning stove, deck, dock, 100+ no bank beach. The home features lots of parking, beautiful views, great swimming, water skiing, water sports, and fishing. The lake is stocked every year with trout and features excellent fishing. Included in the rental is a 11 foot Columbia fiberglass boat (similar to a Boston Whaler), three kayaks, one SUP, and lots of water toys and inflatables as well as croquet and other lawn toys. I have a couple of fishing poles and some gear also but if you are a serious fly fisher you will want to bring your own (the lake is stocked with trout every spring). Two of the bedrooms have queen or king beds and the third has two sets of bunk beds. Country store is just down the road for anything you didn't bring (and has the best fishing gear) as well as an excellent restaurant, the Paddle Pub. Also short distance to Tulalip Casino and the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall in Marysville. Free high speed WIFI.
Located in Stanwood, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on the waterfront. Portage Creek Wildlife Reserve and Milltown Island Wildlife Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Hibulb Cultural Center and Hibulb Cultural Center & Natural History Preserve. Evergreen Arboretum & Gardens and Imagine Children's Museum are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and snorkeling adventures can be found near the property.
