Our family-run property offers a private entrance for guest, closed green fenced yard, centrally located in and free parking for added peace of mind. Our family home has 2 interconnected rooms to our attached bathroom and washer space. Our home can accommodate 4 adults, 2 adults in each room. However upon request, we can set up matress for 2 and 2 sleeping mats available upon request to accommodate extra guests (maximum 4) with additional cost. Our rooms and hall are spacious, bright, cool and filled with natural air. Both rooms has A/C.

We have bright and spacious living room which has divided dedicated workspace and couch to relax, chat and watch TV. Our shared exterior is beautiful green garden, safe and fenced. Our front porch or exterio dining is a good spot to enjoy the nature, filled with natural air, birds noise and breeze, at the same time enjoying your morning coffee or for a chat. You will feel homely.

With amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, interior and exterior solar lights, and solar lantern (with USB charger) as backup power incase of power outage, power saving blubs to workspace in the living room, LED lights, ceiling fan, water heater, microwave, water dispenser, coffee maker, magnetic window screen to prevent insects, washing machine, open concept storage solution and comfy spring mattress, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Take advantage of the private entrance, self-check-in, safe quite neighborhood, shared exterior front porch to relax / park your vehicle and fresh air, our unique collection of tropical plants in our beautiful aroma spacious garden (curry leaves, drum stick tree, banana tree, cinnamon tree, papaya tree, tropical colourful flowers in the garden etc), exterior patio with green, earthy hand-made local designs, artworks and closed fenced green yard for added peace of mind.

Take a stroll around the heart of Batticaloa and see the local attractions, local movies, dramas, cultural activities and earthy hand-made designs, paintings, pool, parks closer to water, restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut etc - both western and authentic eastern healthy food), banks, transportation (public or rental - bus stand, railway station, airport, tuk-tuk), churches, hindu temples, mosques, market (fresh caught lagoon & seafood, organic local vegetables), shopping centers, hearbal products (cosmetics, medicine), sports ground with lots of sports league activites, tennis court and historical landmarks within a walking distance.
