This home is part of a 7-acre private ranch with a main house and glamping development in progress — still very private, with your own separate area
Please respect nature — the creek is for dipping, sitting, and relaxing only (no glass, food, or products in the water)
Critters are efficient — clean up food immediately to avoid ants, hornets, or raccoon visits
Septic system in use — only toilet paper in the toilet, please
Drinking water comes from a natural filtered spring — Brita reservoir provided in fridge
There are stairs and natural terrain — not handicap accessible
And yes… there will be bugs. You’re in the forest. Bug spray is provided. Just don’t leave snacks out.
