Carla joined Springfield Animal Hospital in 2001. She worked in client service for the first 12 years of her career with us, becoming the Reception Manager in 2005 and graduating to Hospital Manager in 2013. She is pursuing a Human Resources Management degree. She is an active member of the Veterinary Hospital Management Association (V.H.M.A.) with the ultimate goal of becoming a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (C.V.P.M.).

Carla embraces the opportunity to learn and grow each and every day in a field that she truly adores. She loves every patient that visits the hospital, but the staff knows not to let a puppy or kitten come and go without visiting her in the office. In her free time, Carla loves spending time with her family and three kitties, running, hiking, traveling, reading and baking to satisfy her sweet tooth.
