Beautiful custom built home overlooking the Willamette River and D Street Greenway. Minutes drive from the U of O and Autzen Stadium or walk to either using the park path right outside your door. Also just blocks from the spectacular view at Kelly Butte Park.

Spacious open-concept living area with large kitchen featuring a 5 burner gas stove and 2 sinks. Two full bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) and 4 bedrooms with a king, 2 queens, and a twin bunk bed leaves room for the whole family.
