This spacious 4-bedroom plus den/office is ideal for family gatherings, game day celebrations, and university visits. The house can sleep 10 comfortably with all new accommodations. Brand-new furnishings, appliances and fresh amenities in each room. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It is close to trails for biking, running and the Willamette River for a view of the ducks. The master bedroom and bedroom #1 have brand new king beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have brand new full beds. The den has a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping and work area. The large kitchen has all new appliances, fully stocked with space for cooking. All furnishings are new, and amenities include a 75-inch tv with streaming, Wi-Fi for the dedicated workspace. The large dining room area seats twelve. Plenty of parking available for cars in the attached two car garage or large driveway. Guest access. Entire house is accessible. Other things to note: This is a non-smoking home and no pets allowed upstairs.
