Main level, Riverwalk, has large cantilevered deck, fireplace, 2 bedrooms (One has sliding doors to deck) and queen sofa sleeper. Lower level (Cannot be rented separately and is only included when the full building is rented) has 2 bedrooms 1 bath and sofa sleeper. Two separate patio areas with Bullfrog spas and barbeques. Feather bed toppers, high quality linens. Perfect location on Springdales shuttle route. You can park your car and not have to drive during your visit to Zion National Park. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Backs onto Virgin River and park with great hiking trails. Unique architecture takes advantage of stunning views. Separate units afford privacy while still being together in one location. The town of Springdale is located at the main entrance of the park with a quaint charm and great selection of restaurants and art galleries.
