This three bedroom, pet friendly home features new flooring, fresh exterior paint, and all the amenities you will need to feel at home during your stay. A large fenced in yard gives your pets space to play and our stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze.

The Space:
Our recently renovated, fully furnished, 3 bedroom, Beckwith Guest House provides you all the amenities and luxuries you experience in your own home.The kitchen includes full sized appliance, basic cookware, utensils and dining ware. A full sized washer and dryer are available in the hall along with some laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed and quality linens. All televisions are Smart TVs, already hooked up to the WiFi for your convenience. Additional bed linens for an air mattress in the living room are available upon request. Fresh towels are made available for each occupant in addition to make up removing wipes, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The fenced backyard meets the carport where one vehicle can park in a covered area, while another two vehicles will fit in the driveway.

Guest Access:
Our Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with exception of the storage shed area in the garage and one locked hall closet inside. Free wifi reaches the entire home. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming only.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a quiet, but well established neighborhood in Spring Lake. Our neighbors are largely retirees and quiet between 9PM and 6AM is expected.

Getting Around:
Personal vehicle is best, though Uber and Lyft are becoming more available locally. The Beckwith Guest House is only 3 min from Ft. Bragg's Randolph Gate and 20 minutes from Downtown Fayetteville and the Fayetteville Airport. Reach shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment via Skibo Road in 10 minutes!

In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-ins later than 9pm must be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure a smooth check-in for the guests. Failure to coordinate with the host for later than 9pm check-in may mean that no staff is available to assist you in the event of a problem and may require check-in the next morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
Guests will be checking themselves into the home using a code for the front door's keypad sent a day or two before arrival. We can be as involved as you like. Our Host Team is available via messenger around the clock to answer questions about the home and locale. Contact information for your local Host is made available inside the home.

Spring Lake is home to this vacation home. Carvers Creek State Park and Ashley Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Cumberland Heights Park and Jesse A. Brayboy Park. Glenn Reilly Park and Clark Park Nature Center are also worth visiting.
