Has a 2nd primary en-suite with a QUEEN bed & bathroom has a beautiful tile standing shower, walk-in closet, and an extra ac unit

TV Rm has 2 queen sofa couches downstairs
(We do not put linens on them. We leave the extra sheets in the closet. )

TV Room upstairs- Offers 1 Queen futon bed (extra linens in linen closet (between bathroom & 2 bedrooms in hallway)

Screened Rm upstairs- 1 Futon which overlooks the main Weeki Wachee River. This room offers a ceiling fan no ac.

There are two full kitchens on this property. The upstairs kitchen offers a dishwasher & icemaker. Both offer stainless steel appliances, solid surface counter tops, and wood cabinets. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher upstairs and/or handwash in hotwater to sanitize downstairs.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself. With the exception of the garage & owners closet (under the stairwell) which are both the owners closet.
Other things to note:
We offer enough toiletries to get you started. If you need additional toiletries there are several local stores that deliver to this house and /or are conveniently located nearby.
No Parties, No confetti, No rock throwing, No late check-out, No early check-in in season (March, & June-Aug 1)

No unregistered guests ($50/Fee per day if unapproved in writing )
No Pets ($500.00 Pet Fee per pet will apply)
No Smoking, vaping or open flames inside property or near the doors.

No throwing things into or at the river aside from a fishing line $100./Fee per offense

No Pet property/If evidence of a pet is found there will be a $500 pet fee/Per pet
We Welcome official Service dogs only- NO FEES
Any additional cleaning fee and or damage fee applies.

We have an approved vendors list. You may bring your own boat or rent one. The only eco-friendly electric boats permitted for this property are the Weeki Wachee Fun Boats.

Please no check in on these holidays - Christmas Day, Easter Day , The July 4th , Thanksgiving day our cleaning company has the day off. If you wish to check-in on these days the cleaning fee is double. No exceptions.

Please be kind & respectful of our neighbors, our community, our home and the river. We love this river home and to keep it nice we need to adhere to rules and respect nature. No feeding or touching manatees.

This is NOT A PARTY HOME. if that is your plan please choose a different home. This is a beautiful home shared with you so you can create wonderful memories with your loved ones. Relax, have an adventure but please be quiet outside at 10pm. This is a residential neighborhood.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Weeki Wachee Springs and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, while Colorama Music and Show Palace Dinner Theater are cultural highlights.
