Dock Holiday is a charming vacation home located on a tranquil canal. It features 3 inviting bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Perfect for a relaxing escape, this home offers serene water views and a cozy atmosphere for a memorable stay.
Looking for a place to relax? This cozy and comfortable house on the canal is perfect for you! Imagine waking up with coffee and birds chirping over the canal. Unwind with your loved ones by the outdoor table and see beautiful Florida sunsets in your own backyard! Like playing game? The back room is equipped with fun for the whole family including a pool table that converts to an air hockey table . Indirect access to the gulf. There is a lift on the canal that can be used to get to the gulf with a 22ft boat or smaller boat with no t-top.

Need to Know
The home will sleep 8, but only six comfortable with a max of six adults. If you have eight then the two extra must be small children
-Property is monitored by 2 camera. 1 at the front corners looking to front yard and 1 on back corners looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Unfortunately, Dogs are not welcome
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
