Relax and unwind in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private swimming pool. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the marshland from the front yard while sipping your morning coffee. Also enjoy the screened in back patio that overlooks the pool and the direct access canal and dock. All bedrooms, the living room, and the back patio include a flat screen TV. The property includes access to two bikes and two kayaks for guest use. The dock can be used for fishing but guests must bring their own fishing equipment. The marina and boat ramp are located within a mile of the house. The dock is available if you would like to bring your own boat. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional fee of $25 per night.

We do have an active camera on the front of the house for security purposes. The security camera in the back by the pool is disabled (battery removed) for our guests’ privacy.
Located in Spring Hill, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Weeki Wachee River and Weeki Wachee Springs. Nature Coast Botanical Gardens and Adventure Coast Fun Park are also worth visiting.
