Remodeled in 2022, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:

Guest Room 1 (Upstairs): Two queen beds
Guest Room 2 (Downstairs): One queen bed – private entrance and en-suite bath, perfect for added privacy
Living Room: Queen-size pull-out sofa
Additional features include:

The yard is partially fenced around the house for pets, but note: there is no fencing along the waterfront, so children and pets should be supervised. Life jackets and paddles are provided (use at your own risk).

Located in Spring Hill, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Weeki Wachee Springs and Hudson Beach. Nature Coast Botanical Gardens and Adventure Coast Fun Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and ecotours nearby.
