The living area has a comfy sectional in front of a large smart TV with streaming services. The beautiful open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a huge fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, Keurig coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Shimmering island seating provides additional dining spots while the adjacent dining table seats six.
Step outside to the expansive screened lanai, where you’ll find a sparkling heated saltwater in-ground pool, upgraded for your comfort and health benefits. The pool area is surrounded by a large patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a gas grill—ideal for a family barbecue. The private backyard is completely fenced in with a beautiful high white fence and showcases a fun fire pit area to roast some marshmallows.
