This luxury lakefront home is the perfect family getaway spot with four private bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two main floor bedrooms are conveniently located between the main floor bathroom that offers a shower tub combination. Guest bedroom provides a queen bed and smart TV. The second guest bedroom offers twin over twin bunk beds. The main level also offers a fully stocked kitchen, living room, gaming area and sweeping views of Big Spirit Lake.

Heading up the stairs you`ll find another family area with a flexible sleeping space, smart TV, patio doors to the second level deck and a workspace with desk. The second level provides two additional private bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, smart TV, patio doors to the second level deck with seating area and on-suite bath with stand-up shower. The fourth guest bedroom provides an additional king sized bed and smart TV.

The garage has been finished with an additional bathroom and water toys storage. On the lakeside you`ll find additional seating, table, solo stove, weber grill and two kayaks.

There is parking space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2+ additional spaces across the road on the grass.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.

With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store (make arrangement if you think your group will need more than provided in the starter pack). We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
