Our Canyonview apartment has the feeling of a tree house as it sits above Spearfish Canyon. It is conveniently located at 309 Canyonview Lane, Spearfish, SD, a beautiful community close to all things Black Hills.
The apartment is a daylight basement with two bedrooms, a murphy bed, and one bath. One bedroom features a king sized bed and the other has a queen. The deck is under construction but it has a good amount usable!! We are available every day for short stays OR if you are a fairly quiet someone or someones :) who would appreciate this lovely apartment and view for a medium length stay through May, 2024 contact us. $1100 a month includes all utilities plus wifi. There is a washer dryer too! Tenant would need to scoop their own snow when we are out of town. No pets or smoking.
Spearfish is home to this apartment. Terry Peak Ski Area and Deer Mountain Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Stone Ridge Commons and Heritage Plaza.
