Offers 2 driveways and 2 separate entrances—perfect for group parking and privacy!
First Floor: Just 10 steps from the main driveway to your lake-facing deck entrance. Features a full kitchen, open living and dining area, 2 cozy bedrooms, a full shower/tub bathroom, and a decorative gas fireplace.
Second Floor: A spacious open studio layout with a queen bunk bed set, additional living/dining space, laundry facilities, and a second full bathroom with a standing shower. Complete with its own cozy gas fireplace!

Exclusive Guest Access
You will enjoy private access to the entire house during your stay! Feel free to fully utilize both spacious floors, the lakefront viewing decks, and the double driveways.
What’s Off-Limits:
To ensure seamless operations, the garage and the internal supply closet are securely locked and remain off-limits to guests. Everything else is yours to experience and enjoy!

Neighborhood Peace: Guests are strictly not allowed to trespass onto neighboring properties. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoke-Free: No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property.
Pet Policy: Furry friends are welcome! A pet fee applies, and pets must be well-trained and well-behaved.
